Marici is a global organization working to shut down the child sex trafficking industry by rescuing children, strengthening communities, and transforming the systems that enable trafficking. Central to Marici’s approach is not only physically liberating children but also nurturing inner transformation — creating programs where survivors can discover the peace, stillness, and the joy of their true nature.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a student of Eckhart Tolle’s teachings to guide the integration of his work into a program for children and eventually into programs for those in the systems around them — from rescued children to training for police, judges, community leaders, and caregivers. The role requires a deep, lived understanding of presence and being, alongside highly developed, practical program design skills to translate these teachings into accessible, trauma-informed experiences. This role will be working with Marici and The Eckhart Tolle Foundation leadership on the design and development of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Experience Design for Rescued Children

Co-create shelter home environments and daily experiences grounded in stillness, presence, and inner peace.
Design scalable models for nurturing spaces where children can reconnect with their true nature, beyond the pain of past experiences.

Community & Systems Transformation

Develop experiential programs for law enforcement, judiciary members, prison populations, and communities based on Eckhart Tolle’s teachings.
Guide these groups to move from fear, stress, and reactivity toward presence, compassion, and conscious action.

Content Creation & Facilitation

Create engaging materials — videos, exercises, meditations — that convey Eckhart’s teachings in accessible, trauma-sensitive ways.
Train staff, facilitators, and leaders to embody and share these principles in shelters, communities, and institutions.
Design AI, VR, edutainment, and other digital elements as part of the program design.

Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration

Work alongside trauma experts, performance coaches, educators, and health teams to integrate Eckhart’s work into holistic healing programs.
Maintain the integrity of the teachings while ensuring cultural and situational relevance.

Global Program Implementation

Collaborate with local teams to adapt programs to specific cultural and community needs. Provide hands-on support, facilitation, and training across program sites.
Design and build a scalable program that can be applied in shelter homes where Marici operates across a large number of cities and countries. Oversee implementation is successful across all aspects from hiring, training, playbooks, content, etc.

Location & Travel:

First 1-2 years based in Nepal or Cambodia, followed by potential relocation to Bangkok, Thailand or another one of Marici’s locations.
Extensive travel across Asia and Africa to support program rollout.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in program design, teaching, edtech, curriculum design, or healing-related work (exposure to formal trauma expertise highly preferred).
Experience working with trauma-affected populations.
Deep, lived understanding of Eckhart Tolle’s teachings; ongoing personal practice of presence, and a commitment to living a life of consciousness centered on peace, love, and joy.
Demonstrated ability to translate spiritual insight into accessible, practical experiences for diverse groups.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt teachings to different contexts.
Passion for systemic change and healing at both individual and societal levels.
